عندما تقوم بحجز فيزة الى بلد معين كما قلنا المثال ان تحجز الى المانيا تجعل الفيزا شبه يتم نفاذها وهي بالمعنى الحر ان تخلص فيزتك او شبه بعد ايام معدود من النفاذ وتذهب بسياره او مترو او اي وسيله نقل الى البلد المجاور وهي على سبيل المثال هولندا او بلجيكا ولك الاختيار وتقوم بالتقديم هناك الى منظمه Immigration
وهي منظمه الهجره
وهذا ينطبق على جميع الفيز التي يتم حجزها او الوصول اليها
نأتي الى كيف تقوم بسرد قصتك
اولا عليك ذكر الاسباب التي جعلت منك ان تهاجر بلد الام وهي بلدك الاساسي
على سبيل المثال انت من العراق اذن عرف لماذا هاجرت من بلدك الام ماهي الاسباب

هنا انت يأتي دورك لابد ان تكون قد جمعت بعض الكتب التي تدل على تهديدك من قبل المليشيات او من قبل الحكومه او من اياً كان
ملاحظة :
عندما تذكر تاريخ ما اي تاريخ كان عليك حفظه على قلبك لان سوف ياتي يوم الجلسه الثانيه وسوف يتم سؤالك عن هذا التاريخ
والقصه كلها احفظها على قلبك
لا تجعل منفذ من الكلام او حركات تدل على انك ليس لديك مصداقيه في الكلام
عليك اثبات انك مهدد بشكل كامل
طيب هل من الممكن ان تكون القصه غير قصه الناشطين او غيرها
نعم هناك العديد من القصص التي تختلف ولابد هناك اثباتات تدل على صحة كلامك
هل القصص القديمه تنفعني مثلا حادث لوالدي او حادث لزوجتي او اولادي قبل ثلاث سنوات او اكثر هل هذا الشيء ينفعني
الجواب لا لا ينفعك هذا لان معنى الحمايه هي انك مهدد بالوقت الفعلي يعني على سبيل المثال انت مهدد في هذه السنه 2020
يعني على مدار السنه انت مهدد ولم تبقى في بلدك عند التهديد وسافرت خارج البلد هذا الشي مفيد لك
هل المحكومين لهم الحق في تقديم اللجوء ؟
نعم المحكومين لديهم الحق في طلب اللجوء لكن يكون هناك اثبات على ما يقولون وكل قصه لابد هناك اوراق تثبت على ذالك
من اين احصل على الاوراق التي تثبت على تهديدي
هذا يتبع لك عليك ان تتخذ احتياطاتك قبل سفرك الى البلد المعين وعليك الاتجاه الى طريق صحيح او عليك ان تجمع كل ما لديك ان كانت صور او ملفات تهديد او فيدوهات

عند تجميع هذه الوثائق كلها عليك رفعها على الإيميل وان لم تعرف حاول ان تجعل صديقك يقوم بهذا لاجلك
حتى لا تفقدها بالطريق او من خلال جوالك ويتم فقدانه
